Damn it is cold out
I never knew how much I appreciate heat being included in rent. As I write this it is probably warmer outside than it is in here, at a nice crisp 47 degrees outside. Paying for oil is the worst idea ever, especially with it being colder than I would ever want it to be. But at least I will be getting oil here in the next couple weeks.

Heat being included is definitely a necessity when signing the lease. I had four friends who lived on third street two years ago and they were responsible for their own heat. They ended up paying over $3000 in heating oil alone. It was ridiculous. Not to mention they never had the money for oil when they needed it so every time I would go over there it was like 40 something degrees inside. It was rough.
ReplyDeleteYeah I'm lookin at only $90 per person and it should last about two months, hopefully it goes that far, or else its gonna be a cold ass winter.
